1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the City Tours UAE website and all tour, activity, and excursion bookings made through us. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
City Tours UAE is a tour operator registered and operating in the United Arab Emirates. Our registered office is at Sarah Tower, Office No. 1, Maleha St, Muwaileh, Sharjah, UAE.
2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation email from City Tours UAE. Verbal or phone bookings are not considered confirmed until a written confirmation is issued. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- You must provide accurate personal information when booking.
- Booking confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide.
- Please check your confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if there are any errors.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable UAE VAT where required. We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Group bookings of 10 or more persons may be subject to separate pricing and deposit requirements.
- We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes in government taxes or levies.
- Currency exchange rates, where applicable, are indicative only.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair as possible to both guests and our operators.
- 48+ hours before departure: Full refund issued.
- 24–48 hours before departure: 50% refund issued.
- Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund.
- No-show: No refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Some tours or special experiences may have different cancellation terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
5. Changes by City Tours UAE
We reserve the right to make changes to tours where circumstances require, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or force majeure events. Where a significant change is made, we will offer you the choice of an alternative tour or a full refund.
6. Health, Safety & Participation
Participation in certain activities (such as dune bashing, skydiving, or water sports) may require you to meet minimum health and fitness requirements. You are responsible for ensuring you are fit to participate. City Tours UAE and its operators reserve the right to refuse participation if safety is a concern.
- Guests with medical conditions must disclose these at the time of booking.
- Pregnant guests may be excluded from certain activities for safety reasons.
- Guests are expected to follow the instructions of tour guides and operators at all times.
- City Tours UAE is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.
7. Liability
City Tours UAE acts as an agent for third-party operators in some cases. While we carefully select our partners, we cannot be held liable for the acts or omissions of third-party operators beyond what is required by UAE law. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking in question.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of City Tours UAE and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
